Hi all,
A bit of my history....I noticed my hair loss about 3 years ago for the first time....I have a generally full head of hair but my crown/vertex area was thinning noticeably and my temples were receding a little bit. I started using Finpecia and added Nizoral/Tricomin and the results were great for 2 years. Although my crown never filled in, the hair loss slowed down big time and there was definitely an overall improvement in my crown area.
For the first time in 3 years, I am noticing an increased shed again (about 50-80 instead of 5-20 that I can count). I am not sure if it is seasonal or male pattern baldness catching up but I am worried. I took a pic with a flash when my hair was wet for the first time today on my crown and almost had a coronary. I also took a pic with no flash and it does not look as bad. I put up both pics here.

I don't know if you can tell but I do have a lot of hair surrounding it and I can disguise it easily enough when my hair is dry.
Should I change my regimen from what it is? I am thinking of using Eucapil to inhibit more DHT (still have to figure out how to order it in the US). I want to postpone using minoxidil as I don't want to go through the hassle of applying it twice a day, if I don't have to. What else can I do...should I add anything else to the regimen. Since I am getting married soon, dutasteride is not really an option because of its huge half life. Any other topical?
I don't think my hair loss falls under any Norwood scale....what would you guys call it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
