Dermaroller Routine Recommendations?

Hi,just started using a demaroller and I was wondering how often should it be applied to the thinning area.

I read the study made in India that suggested one day a week after 5 days of minoxidil but that one apparently has not been replicated so your personal experiences would be most welcome.

I'm not applying it heavily enough to make the scalp bleed or hurt aside from some redness so I was thinking once a day, perhaps at night, before minoxidil.

You should be using 196 needle 1.50mm dermaroller once a week, its the one they used in the study.

Thanks, I recalled wrong. All of the rollers I bought are 196 needles so that's not a problem but still I want to know about people that managed to make it work firsthand and what they did themselves.
