Mine have always been advertised as Remy. I've never had any tangling issues, so I'm assuming they are.

V-Loop is essentially a hair folded in half. An intact hair folded in half cannot have both halves going the same direction, as they exit the base.

OK, I now figured out the issue in my grammar!
Yes, in a V-looped system, by nature the hair is going BOTH directions. However the hair can be treated to minimize the problems.
In an injected skin, or knotted system, it is possible to keep the hairs all going the correct direction. The bundles of Remy hair are marked as to which end is the root end.
