Apart from all the nutriments I take, fish oil, vitamins and pumpkin seed oil, this is my new regimen. I added RU58841 to it today.

finasteride 1.25mg ED
dutasteride 0.5mg EOD
5% minoxidil mixed with Skinoren (Azelaic Acid) 1x ED
Noxidil Forte (oral minoxidil) 10mg ED
7 drops of 5% minoxidil in water ED
2 ml Neogenic with 50 mg RU 1x ED
Nizoral/Lipogaine/Regenepure 2-3x week
Dermarolling 1x week

Some explanations:

1) I take generic finasteride and it's anecdotically proven to be less effective than propecia. This is why I also take dutasteride as safe measure. I cannot buy propecia where I live.

2) I added finger tip of azelaic acid from Skinoren cream to dissolve in my Kirkland Minoxidil mixture.

3) I apply Kirkland Minoxidil 2 ML in evenings.

4) I apply 2 ml of Neogenic mixed with 50 mg of RU daily. I mix 150 mg of RU in 6 ml Neogenic capsule and use the Minoxidil dropper to apply 2 ml of mixture throughly. So 1 capsule of Neogenic lasts me 3 days.

5) To make sure I get enough dose of minoxidil, I add 7 drops of it to my daily drink additionally to noxidil forte 10 mg tablets daily (must attack hair loss from all angles).

6) dutasteride is Avodart.

I really need to regrow those vellus hairs and small dark hairs in my receding subhuman temples. I hope RU helps me with this. If this regime doesn't do it...nothing will.

Thinking of maybe eventually increasing RU dosage from 50 mg to 100 mg per day.

Maybe I will need to add OC000459 and CB-03-01 (whatever those are...haven't studied yet). Can anyone tell me their experience with OC000459 and CB-03-01?

I think this hair loss regimen might cost me about 100 EUR monthly. I'm not completely sure. Maybe a bit below. I am thinking of maybe adding something else, but there is not much I can add. I might add SABA gel if I get myhands on it But there is only so many topical you can apply each day. Also, not into buying any more expensive treatments that are not proven to work. RU and Neogenic is the most expensive. Also, Avodart is expensive, especially if you buy it without prescription (from black market).

I am a NW2, approaching NW3. Some may say I'm a NW3. My temples keep receding, but otherwise hair is thick.

hairchaser, I think I'm not taking resveratrol. Can you show me studies where it's said to block DHT? Interesting...I might add it to my regimen. Can I buy it online in form of vitamins or something? Can you link to your thread? Anyone tried SABA gel?

Are you taking resveratrol supplements? They are very powerful antioxidants that block dht.

I'm starting to think you're a shill..

What do you mean propecia is "anecdotically" better than generic finasteride?
Because it has been reported several times and on Bald Truth show as well. Life is full of anecdotes. There is not much proven in the hair loss world.

Stronger topical minoxidil, that's what I'm interested in at the moment too.

I didn't twig that you're overNW3 from HLH, in that case I would disregard my comment about increasing the strength of your topical minoxidil. You're getting more than enough considering your minoxidil beverages. How is the RU with neo working out? Was el_dut really putting that much in? I thought he was using a tiny amount due to how potent he thought the absorption was with neo.

Edit: "RU 20 mg/day (mixed to Neogenic)" for el_duterino, 50 seems like an awful lot to start with.

If you're really so hell bent on hair you could always go down the oral spironolactone and estrogens road like this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZt60O-eXmw
Those seem to be the type of treatments that can make something happen at the hairline. Pretty ridiculous step to take of course but you wrote that permanent heart damage is a decent trade off for keeping/restoring your hair, so this might be safer for you :| I would imagine you need to approach spironolactone with much more caution than you've shown with your current regimen though or you could cause real problems fast.

Personally I think you shouldn't be adding anything to your regimen, and taking away the bat**** stuff like oral minoxidil and massive (considering the vehicle) RU starter doses. Having seen your pics on HLH you really should just chill and give your super aggressive regimen time to work?

Your regimen is pretty damn strong. Have you considered laser? Many around here including myself are not sold on its' effectiveness. I have decided to give it a try though. Nothing to lose, but money lol.

I can't go oral spironolactone, because it will feminize me and make me less attractive.

100 mg of RU a day is maximum that Hellouser recommended to use and he had some damn good results.

Will use it for a few months and see how it goes. Only been using for a week or so.

Have not considered lasers as they seem like a total sham and are expensive. Better buy additional dutasteride for that money.
