Don't take this as gospel, but I'm thinking it could possible impede the absorption of (at least some of) the Rogaine, since you literally "paint" your scalp with Courve, so there must be some sort of barrier there.
My suggestion would be to maybe try a fiber-based concealer that you sprinkle or spray on, put on after you put on your Rogaine and let it dry. But that is about all I could suggest.

Thanks for the reply. Does anyone else know anything about applying rogaine over couvre in the morning or at night when hair is not washed?

I believe you're supposed to apply the rogaine and let it dry before putting on any other styling products. I'm assuming that would include concealers.
