James Blake - the tennis player

http://www.jamesblaketennis.com/jb pages/images.htm

Now look at the images of 2003 and 2004.

Astonishing.

I have never seen a case were someone has lost so much in so little time. Talk about a crying shame.

What on earth went on here?

- I was thinking the same about his ranking.

Edit: Found his views on it:-

I saw this website a few months ago and was pretty stunned at the sudden loss.

I hate to say it but it seems that his world ranking went down the drain around the same time he lost all of that hair.

It would f*** my concentration and focus up as well if I was a sports star and the male pattern baldness kicked in early.

Tough break - I hope he gets it together and gets back into the Top 20.

It didn't f*** up Agassi's game though.

Wow... that has got to be one of the most aggressive cases of male pattern baldness I've ever seen.

In the 2003 pictures he has a full thick head of braids :hairy:

Then a year later its gone... damn that must suck for him

Yeah, weird indeed. I remember when I first saw him play he had those really cool dreads/braids. Then he started thinning and shaved it all off. I read an article about his comeback in Sports Illustrated and he talked a little about his hairloss. Basically he said he likes his new shaved head look and he's glad he doesn't have to worry about his thinning hair anymore. I think the shaved head look works well for him.

It's weird, a lot of tennis players seem to have really great hair while they're young but start losing it later on in their career...

Do you think Sports stars would be allowed to take Finasteride?

I cant really see it helping performance but still the may get funny about it.

Where did Agassi disappear to in the 90's? 1993-1997. I think he played Challenge Tour events, which is the equivalent to the minor leagues in Baseball.

I know Agassi disappeared for a long period in the 90's. About 4/5 years I think.

James Blake is still a sexy guy! Yeah agassi disappeared for a while, shaved his head, came back and kicked everyone's butt. I think Tony Robbins coached his mental state.

Tim "the tiger" Henman at the age of 30 still has the hairline of a teenager.

And he still sucks.

He's a spoilt little tantrum-boy who crys to his mummy when he doesn't win.

He was an a**h** in Wimbledon when he was losing his second round match the other day. You could hear him swearing constantly and at one point he told the umpire that the ballboys should "Get there f*****g act together and get me the right f*****g drink."

If was a ball-boy in that game and I heard him say that I would start launching balls at his NW0 and got my twelve-year old sister to beat the f*** out of him.
