Both are taken right after a shower. Losing 200 hairs a day. Jesus christ accutane is the devil. I give me another 1 year before I get to the point where I have to shave my head, or just neck myself

so whatever youre taking is not working?
Not sure. I stopped taking Otezla due to side effects but I'll hop back on, especially after taking this photo today. I'm also on tofacitinib. Might start finasteride but I doubt it will work for my dupa style hairloss

Yeah every day. Terrible itching feeling. It goes away when I'm on immuno-suppressant medicaiton but I'm scared I'll get cancer with all my T-cells turned off. But then again, hairloss is worse then cancer. So I'll hop back on the meds

My topical steroid is helping my burning and itching @Gunnersup. Make sure you’re using that during your flares. Plus try out topical cetirizine. You can make a .1% solution by crushing up tablets and mixing with water.

I'm using a topical steroidal shampoo, it helps some

Shampoos are pretty weak. Get the liquid solution that can stay on your scalp
What has been working for me is a shampoo called Vichy dercos, it has salicylic acid in its composition. Unlike ketoconazole 2%, this one doesn't burn my scalp. Quite expensive though, especially here in my country. When it's over I don't know if I'll be buying another bottle...

Try sebowash next, you can get it off eBay for pretty cheap

Yeah salicylic acid is good for calming the scalp.

Unfortunately I can't buy overseas, the shipping would be more expensive than the product itself. I'll have to try gentle solutions until I find what works best for me.

So just to keep a list here:

Things to try: inosine pranobex, cetirizine topical, AS101, and oral minoxidil
Things to research: tacrolimus topical

A list of my own
-Otezla (Worked but couldn't handle side effects)
-Tofacitinib (might be working)
-anti histamine (works but makes me way too drowsy)

Nice list, maybe topical cetirizine would work well with you since anti histamines worked

The derm I went to recommended me accutane, and I just said ''no, thanks''. She replies with ''well, people tend to like it''
