• Hair loss pattern similar to Ludwig III
• Donor density of 80 FU/cm  occipital, 96 FU/cm  parietal, 92 FU/cm  temporal
• Hair diameter of ~ 59 - 66 microns

Treatment plan
Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the midhead section and crown area.

Performed procedure
FUE (August 23, 2021) - Result photos of only 6 months postop!
Follicular Unit Extraction with 5160 FU:
* 300 single hair FU
* 3354 double hair FU
* 1506 triple hair FU
HGI: 2,2

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,8 - 1,0 mm).
Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.90 mm serrated trumpet punch.

No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.

The goal was to achieve medium density because of potential future hair loss in that area.
