It has been crazy! Literally having an oily scalp whole year...even though i wash my hair everyday in the morning with ketoconazole lotion and sometime coal tar, i still have a scalp full of oil in the evenings! I have sebohorric dermatitis induced from liquid minoxidil but its pretty mild...can anyone tell me how to f*****g kill those sebum glands up there???? Pls

Washing your hair way to much. Try water only every other day. And be patient. Will take.time.for.your scalp to adjust

I am only speaking from experience but I have always had a very oily ( sebum ) scalp. Like i literally had to shower every single day or my hair would look like someone just poured grease from a used frying pan all over my head. Nothing helped this, not finasteride, not minoxidil, not spironolactone. When I started taking CPA my sebum disappeared almost overnight.. Seriously! Now I can take days without showering, but I don't because I care about my personal hygiene lol. Keep in mind this is only what worked for me and I am absolutely not recommending you do the same. Just food for thought!

Cyproterone Acetate. Its a hardcore anti androgen, I don't recommend you use it for controlling sebum production.
I have started clobetasol proportionate and salicylic acid topical...i will see how it goes!
