Can A Registered Nurse Do Prp Therapy?

I found a registered nurse at a general clinic who does PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) therapy at a general clinic. She said she received training and is doing PRP on a number of people. The price is good. I'm sure she has to lower the price because she's not a M.D., but can a nurse do PRP therapy? She has the equipment for drawing the blood and centrifuging the blood. Given that even if you go to a M.D., and pay more to get PRP, the result is not guaranteed..... So I'm sort of considering getting it done from this registered nurse, but can this be within any possible protection of law? I understand if it goes wrong, even if there's any legal protection, it will be very difficult to benefit from it in most cases. I would like to get your opinion. Thanks.

She might be doing PRP under the license of an MD so it is possible. When I got PRP, a nurse drew the blood. I had mine done by Dr Greco who is not an MD but a physician assistant.
