I have diffuse thinning and about a year ago decided that the best way to conceal it would be to buzz it down to a #2. This was a great decision (you basically can't tell my hair is thinning with this cut) but the funny thing is that i actually notice my shedding hairs more with extremely short hair.
Just curious to see if anyone else with a buzz cut also looks in the mirror and sees "floating hairs" on top of their head? What i mean by "floating hairs" is individual hairs that have shed but not fallen off your head yet. When you have longer hair i guess they are camouflaged, but with a buzz cut they kinda just sit on your head.
Completely off topic- I still shed the same massive amount of hairs since I started fighting my hairloss over 5 years ago.
