First of all:
#1 I know that high DHT does not necessarily means more body hair (research has ony shown a weak correlation between DHT levels and leg hair)
#2 know that high DHT does not necessarily mean more male pattern baldness
Now,
Over the past months I have red at least 100 stories of finasteride users. I was mostly interested in their degree of success and the incidence of side effects. Before I was aware of #1 I had my own broscience theory where I thought that men with more body hair would have less sexual side effects because they had higher levels of DHT.
Based on all the personal stories I red (I know that the sample is still way to small to be conclusive and I of course also know that there is zero scientific validity regarding these observations) it seems like men who report to have more body hair actually tend to be more susceptible to sexual side effects compared to men with less body hair.
Any thoughts on this observation? Personal experiences that provide poof for or against this are more than welcome!
PS: It also seems like men with more body hair tend to be good responders in terms of hair growth and maintenance as well...
