Uhh, all your values are spot on, with the exception of a few nutrients that are slightly better than normal ( high zinc, low cholesterol ). You should be proud of such blood work.

How could you possibly think you have nutrient related hairloss?

You have a better chance of being hit by lightning than having your hairloss be due to nutrient deficiency.

I disagree. Many, many, many illnesses are caused by nutrient deficiency. For example there are many illnesses caused in third world countries simply due to vitamin deficiency (especially the B vitamin group and other water soluble vitamins as these are depleted rapidly). Don't worry though, just take a multi-vitamin.

Yeah this guy is posting from a 3rd world country. Turns out his goat has AOL. And they routinely give out blood tests in those countries, ya know where they cant afford to eat.

Of course Im talking about 1st world nations.

The only places where people might have a problem in the USA or other first world countries is if they are extremly poor ( as in homeless level poor - in which case they would not be posting here ), or they have some sort of digestive disorder where they dont absorb things correctly.

If that was the case, this guys blood would be all f*cked up, and he wouldent be concerned about his hairloss because he would feel like crap and have about 100 other things that were more important to him than his hair.

I can pretty much guarentee nobody on this site is suffering from nutrient related hairloss, and nobody on this site is going to stop or reverse their hairloss by taking a multivitamin.

Not so simple. Alcoholism and other very common situations can cause nutrient deficiency VERY easily.

That is a sweeping generalization.

I didn't say he was going to "stop his hair loss by taking a multivitamin". I was saying if he is worried about it, just take a multi-vitamin. Geez. Talk about reading stuff between the lines that isn't there.

Also you're missing a point here: for most people here it's not that a nutrient deficiency is causing the hair loss, but rather can it help prevent further hair loss by taking a supra-RDA amount of nutrients? There is a difference between a deficiency, just barely meeting RDA levels, and a mega dose of a nutrient(s). All three will have different effects.
