Biotin making hair grow faster?

Biotin, probably making my hair grow faster

I just thought I could share this with you guys. I've been taking new vitamin supplements for the past month (or so).

Biotin 250mcg
Omega 3 Fatty acids
Multivitamins (I was already using taking these)

After a month, my conclusion is that it made my hair grow faster. I can't tell if it's thicker, though. But I suppose this means it's actually effective on your hair.

What's your opinion on biotin supplements?

It probably does, but unfortunately it's not new hair. I was taking MSM for a few months and had to stop because my hair was growing so fast and it was irritating because I had to get it cut more often. But as I said, it was my existing hair growing faster, not new hair growing.

Correct, at this point, I don't think it's new hair. I'm just documenting a fact here. But I'll be starting minoxidil in the next days/weeks. I'm curious about the results: minoxidil will (hopefully) trigger hair regrowth... and these tiny new hair could need a little help growing faster. Just a theory here.

At least, this has a positive effect: my hair looks great because it doesn't have enough time to get tired/dry/broken before I have to go for a haircut. This helps gain a bit of confidence.

I have been taking biotin 5000mcg, 2 pills a day along with my many other vitamans.
I will attest it does make your hair seem to grow quicker, and even a smidge thicker but nothing to go screaming in the streets about.
THOUGH Im going to start dermarolling and possibly between that, extra iron, the biotin, and vitman E boosts It might help accelerate the growth of small dermal hairs and such.

fingers crossed
