Nothing to see here, he has no proof. Nonetheless, sebum is pgd2 food and bimaprost works over pgf2a, so no news either.

Your hair has to be completely dry if you wash it every day.

I have to see it. Is it dry and frizzy? It has to be.

Niacinamide doesn't trigger the flush. I find it soothing on my scalp and facial skin.

Doubt it will make a huge difference to your hair either way though.

Well, apparently it make your hair thicker, someone on german forums even wrote a number like 0.01mm or something lol.
I assume it works over inhibiting TGF-B2 as l-carnitine ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17927577 ) relates to potassium, BCAA as well as niacinamide, so there might be something going on here.
