Ok, so I'm 31 and my hairline is begining to recede. Well, actually, it's been going for a while. But, I just woke up one day, and said to myself, "Hey, didn't my hairline used to be lower?"
And then promptly forgot about it. Now, it's a couple of years later and I'm noticing it going away again.
I realize that it's not bad yet, but it is definitely begining to go. I want to stop it before it goes too far, and idealy even bring it back. (The photos are about a year old, but fairly close)
I just read the Stopping Your Hairloss Guide, I seem to be a 2 on the Norwood Scale. I'm not sure but, it looks like I should go after a DHT Inhibitor like Propecia or maybe Avodart.
Does this sound right?
Also, is there any reason I shouldn't get the generic versions of either? I mean, it's the same stuff right?
