Best Concealer for diffuse thinning

I recently had a touch up hair transplant on my hairline but I do have moderate diffuse hairloss around the middle of my top scalp. Which concealer is best to mask the thinning hair? It's not bald but it's diffusely thin at the moment. Dermmatch or toppik? which one last longer and less harsh on the thinning hairs.Thanks
