From the top you can't tell. I've looked at photos of me when I was 12 and I didn't have a hairline as good as that. lol

I never had NW1 hairline in my life either.

not everybody is born with a straight hairline... not everybody fits a |----| hairline either...
but ur hair doesnt look that bad Barcafan.

reason i shaved it is because in all probability it will come down to that Anyway, and i might as well get used to it. It'd probably look better once i get a decent tan and bulk up a bit, which i am working on now anyway.

you can definitely pull it off it looks good - maybe a bit longer but the temple recession doesnt impact on your appearance at all.

New picture uploaded with longer hair and good lighting, it looks like im at least maintaining, although the future is unclear ive been doing well to 'forget' about hairloss and it seems to be working pretty well with my whole attitude.

Your hair "appears" to look fine when grown out in that photo. But maybe it doesnt look so nice in person, I dont know?

the lighting is good.

Its really not so great IMO, looks pretty bad at the 'real' temples.
