Hi. I'm 17 years old and I've noticed that my hairline is different from what it used to be. I've always had temples, but I recently noticed that they got bigger... My father is 57 and he still has a head full of hair, but my grandfather is bald... Should I be worried... ?

I would definitely get on finasteride. It looks like your hairline is definitely receding.

Is there anything else that I could take?
I read about finasteride and its possible side effects and I still haven't finished puberty.

To my knowledge that’s what’s going to help you. But since you’re still 17 I would wait it out but definitely monitor your hair.

I would say that's male pattern baldness. Do what Alphalete said, and when you are 18 get on finasteride!

Is it possible that I might stop losing my hair naturally? My father always had very big temples, as I said before he is 57 right now and his hairline hasn't changed compared to what it was 15-20 years ago.

Very doubtful. My dad had Norwood 1 and so have my brothers and I got buggered by this shitty affliction.

Some people develop a 'mature hairline' which can stay put for many years but yours is quite past that. Even your temple points are disolving.

That's fairly aggressive hair loss for a 17 year old, you need to take action as soon as possible.
