Hey all.
Thought id get others view on my situation.
i started losing my hair at 21 and started completely shaving my head at 22. Now at 28, i returned to a hair transplant surgeon who I saw 3 years ago.
I would consider myself with class 4 or possibly a 5. Basically, the Dr. told me that he will not do the transplant incase i continue to bald, which he strongly believes i will. Ive got significant loss in my crown area and also need no more than 700 hairs on my hair line. I also think my hairloss may not be as rapid as it once was.
Although i have the highest respect for this doctor who is a dermatoligist who does many hair transplants, i cant help but question his judgement. I mean i see great results on forums posted by other men ( not clinics) who have far more hair loss than i do.
Anyone have any opinion or experience on this. How common is it to get many hair transplants throughout your life. How many donors does one have?
Any way guys, thanks for any answers. I guess it might make sense to get 2 or 3 opinions first.
Cheers
