I was a user of Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo, conditioner and hair gel up until July of this year. I switched mostly due to the fact that I've been going through an intense shed over the past several months. I believe this is mostly due to work related stress and amplified by my thinning hair. However, these are my observations:
The Pro's
1. The product line is relatively cheap in comparison to it's competitors. I found that it built more volume compared to Vive Men Volume shampoo and Garnier's Fructis variant. It also outdid Tresseme.
2. The shampoo worked pretty good before I started heavily shedding this year.
3. The gel helped tame my naturally wavy hair and would lock into place.
Cons
1 The products do have a form in alcohol in them for what I can remember.
2. The conditioner is crap. It left my hair flat and too soft. I stopped using it almost immediately.
Prior to this year I was somewhat satisfied with their shampoo and hair gel. However, due to my shedding, I've had to look for better and healthier products sans alcohol.
