Are My Temples Receding Or Just Mature

27 years old. I’m not sure if it’s receding or just a “mature” hairline. The photo with sunglasses was taken at age 21. I don’t think that photo tells us much though. I will continue looking for a photo that shows my hairline from 5 or 6 years ago.

Looks like you're starting to recede a bit. Crown looks fine. I would think about maybe starting finasteride. I'd classify you as a Norwood 2

Alright thanks. I would like to stay one step ahead of the hair loss. Still single and never married, losing my hair would be a crushing blow to my self esteem. I will look into finasteride.
