I left mine in for about 10 minutes and then rinsed it out.

Exactly. Not painful at all, just lets you know it's there.

So, how did you prepare the mix? Just curious to how much cayenne you added to ACV.

I poured added 1 1/2 T of cayenne to 6 oz of ACV. To that I added 6 oz of distilled water to that making 12 oz toal. Put this in a little squeeze bottle and keep it in the shower. After shampooing I shake up the mix and squirt some on my head massaging it around a little. leave it on for 5 minutes or so and rinse out.

Another note, not sure if this is related or not but the minoxidil seems to dry faster now. It's like it is being absorbed into my scalp better now. Odd....

Cool! So actually you diluted the mix a bit with water then. That might be wise, LOL!! What was the heat unit you used? I have cayenne that I bought that said it was 90,000 heat units

No idea.

It was some organic cayenne that I got with the vinegar. Next time I'll just pick up some from the grocery store.

This stuff was $1.50 per ounce and I got 3 ounces.

Well I just got through using the stuff. I left in on for like 10 or 15 minutes. My experience, it takes about 3 or some minutes for it to start heating up, but you can definitely feel it. Matter of fact, even after I rinsed it out, it still produced a burning sensation 20 minutes afterwards. It must have absorbed good or something.

That's pretty much the same timeline I've experienced. Pretty cool, huh.

Next project is the home made laser brush.

I have an idea. Why not fill a 2 oz. bottle with apple cider then add 4 Apple Poly capsules to it. Cheaper than POLY- GRO topical and maybe just as affective. I'm thinking about trying it.

I don't know :!:

AMTodd.com is the supplier for Applephenon: http://www.naturalproductsinsider.com/a ... rod10.html

BIOPROTECTYL is another one: http://www.ctmw.com/articles2001/silab/silab4.html

Appol is yet another: http://www.plthomas.com/food_origin_ingredients2.htm which isn't loading up for me at the moment. That's the same company that makes the GliSODin.

Applezin looks new:

Elsom Research has apple peel extract in their Formulator.

Well I did know sources.....just not anything for us regular comsumers. My guess is by Jan. 2006 there will be plenty of places to buy it at. It took awhile for GliSODin..Krill oil...etc.

Well, my organic ACV arrived yesterday. You may recall the thread where I stated I was going to get off prilosec and try ACV internally to help fend off my acid reflux - well, took 2 shots last night. Guess what?

Stuff tastes like SH!T - but does counterract the heartburn. I'm going to keep an eye out for some better tasting stuff though.

Also went topical this morning for the first time. 12oz of ACV mixed w/ 10 caffeine tabs and 1.5 tablespoons of cayenne. Guess what?

Stuff smells like Sh!T. I can still catch a whiff every now and then - even after shampooing, showering, and slapping on some BRUT. Not having a great hair day either.

I'm only going to do the ACV 1x, 2x max per week.

Nothing ventured and all that.
