Anyone Have Experience With Topical Finasteride From Dr. Insalaco In Italy?

On a live chat on youtube today Dr. Cole, a hair transplant doctor in Atlanta/Miami, gave a glowing endorsement for a topical finasteride solution out of Italy from Dr. Insalaco. He claimed in that chat that he had no financial interest in the product and that it is superior to oral finasteride. More generally he said topical finsteride in his experience was far more superior to oral in terms of results.

Has anyone heard of this italian topical or tried it themselves? If so, what are the ingredients and concentrations?
