Anyone else experience excessive shedding after using Nizoral/Ketoconazole 2% ?

Ye im pretty anti social person to begin with and to have to talk in court around lots of people will make me very nervous and stressed. I hate talking infront of even 10 people. My heart pounds fast and hard and my voice shakes. Im gonna drink a beer before court 100% to relax my nerves..alcohol makes you more brave and less stressed and calm.

I'm exactly the same bro. On a boat load of meds (excluding hair loss) to treat my conditions. I had to get drunk to attend my own sisters funeral, I dont regret it as I wouldnt have been able to go otherwise.

Ketoconazole causing shedding is not something you hear often, it's usually the opposite. But the fact that it happens every single time you use it is hard to write off as coincidence.

Most likely it's something in the Nizoral formula rather than the ketoconazole itself. Shampoos have a lot going on beyond the active ingredient and some people react to the additives.

Worth trying a different ketoconazole shampoo and seeing if you get the same reaction. That would tell you pretty quickly whether it's the keto or something specific to Nizoral.
