Hey guys! It's been 10 years since I started my hair loss journey.. Oh how time flies.. alot has happened since then.. I've had ups, downs and everything inbetween! This is my current hair and current regimen:
10mg oral minoxidil 2x a day
50mg Cyproterone 1x a day.
Ever since I posted my insane oral minoxidil results I have unfortunately lost the regrown hair at the temples, but everything else is still here and strong!
This is my hair dec 25th 2025.
First 4 pulled back and 5th is how my hair looks normally. I am due a haircut!
EDIT: I started treating my hair loss at 18 now I am 28 and not far from 29!

Your hair density looks good.

I am happy for you.

Whatever you're currently doing appears to be working.
Thanks bro! My density was never a problem but oral minoxidil increased my natural density by around 25%~50%! and also darkened my hair! Also those little hairs by my hairline have increased in density too! My regimen isn't for most people but for the desperate there are alternative solutions. I still recommend Finasteride/dutasteride as first line treatments.

It might be better than topical. I take topical because I am currently taking a blood pressure medication. Otherwise I would switch

What are your T levels? I think u already know but taking CPA long term without estrogens is very bad for your health, especially your bones. If ur already on CPA why dont you take estrogen to protect your bones and your overall health?

He obviously dont care about his health or heart health by taking 20mg om a day xD. I had heart problems and bloated face with that dosage when I tried it. Min also reduces collagen production and with that high dose he will look 40 at 30.

Do you experience any sides from cpa?
Yes. My sex drive is much lower. No more spontaneous erections and morning wood is gone too. I can still get hard if I want to though.

In terms of effectiveness oral minoxidil is better but its dose dependent.

I have history of high blood pressure in my family so even at 20mg my blood pressure is within normal range, I got it taken last month when I went to the hospital for an unrelated visit (tetanus injection, i stood on a rusty nail). I still look my age and damn good too, but I do think minoxidil may accelerate graying hair as I have many now.
2.5 mg of oral minoxidil freaks me out lol 20 mg is insane... great hair though
As I quoted above oral minoxidil is dose dependent. 2.5mg will barely make a dent in your blood pressure but dont expect miracles on top.

Holy sh*t bsmith is on blood pressure meds lmao would be hilarious if he croaks soon. Old bald miserable f*** hanging on to his NW5. He ought to be on anti psychotic meds.

IMO oral minoxidil is a safe drug, no one is dying from it. But the worst side effect is water retention. Undesirable for improving your looks, robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Does Oral minoxidil cause you tingle sensation on scalp?

In your professional demodex mite exterminating opinion, can you explain what these mites are? explain it like im 5 years old please.
Basically they live inside the hair folicles and eat dead skin/sebum. But if you have too many of them they will cause inflammation in the hair folicles and hinder hair growth and cause hairloss. A guy on reddit had too many of them and it caused skin redness and lost hair on his hairline, but when he got treated for it (my expertise) it all regrew.

Makes sense to me. I'm just speculating but do you think micro needling devices like stamps or pens of excess length (4-5mm) when pressed excessively hard would be enough to kill the mites? Maybe I wont stab all the mites but i'll at least destroy the follicle and cure myself of the mites?

No sir I wouldnt recommend that approach. Just get yourself a 10% sulphur soap to kill them, and leave it on for 5-10min. The guy on reddit was prescribed sulphur soap to kill them actually. I kill those damn demodex mites daily.
