I am not a fan of concealment methods, though I will share this with you as it can ease your mind a bit while waiting for hair to get better and it has a great cosmetic result.
My hairline is ok, but I find that redrawing the hairline with some eyeliner after wetting my scalp a bit and then smudging it smoothly is a great way of overpronouncing the hair's outline(which is weak as default when the buzz is 1# and down).
This is not detectable and gives a great result. I believe that products manufactured for eye area skin should be mild so I dont think that this will be an irritant for your scalp skin. In addition, although it is easily reworkable when wet, water will not wash it off unless you shampoo or smudge it while showering, it will not stain your pillow(unless you have overdone it) or drip and it stays on. Do not go outside areas where there is hair fuzz- it will become obvious.
I am sure there are products as dermmatch that can do similar things but eyeliner is quick, accessible, controlable and skin friendly. I used black but there might be an even better result with brownish shades for those with blond hair.
Those with straight hairlines but diffusely thinned temples will be amazed.
Hope the hairlosstalk gay alert doesn't go off on this one.
Get hairy.
