can i ask also about hairloss in the shower, i just washed my hair and i lost a lot of hair, however though i didn’t wash my hair for 4 days, i dont comb my hair at all, i wear a bonnet at night which almost completely prevents hair shedding at night and i have wavy hair meaning that usually dead hairs don’t shed but get stuck in my hair, also i took photos of my scalp afterwards while my hair was wet under a bright light and i couldn’t see my scalp, so with this information do you think that’s a normal amount of hairloss or is it something to worry about?

It's perfectly normal for men to lose 100-150 hairs every time they wash their hair! Once you switch to estrogen, hair loss will be virtually nonexistent.

is it normal to get pains on your scalp though, this morning i had some minor pains that lasted a couple of seconds on the root of my hair, mostly at the front of my hair because i think my bonnet is too tight, but i’m worried that this could lead to traction alopecia and hairloss

your hair will just get stringy and greasey and thin as the hairline slowly recedes into your early 20s. even if you take finasteride, test will make the hair unsightly if you have any predisposition to androgenetic alopecia. this was not fun for me, a person with mild gender dysphoria, so i turned to estrogen at 22 and am still living as a cis male 4 years later but with much better hair and a much better life. ymmv.

In theory baldness can happen anytime after puberty.
Just use a little Minoxidil on the hairline at this stage. You really have nothing to lose.

are you sure that i’m balding or do you think that it could be natural, it’s just i’ve always had a uneven hairline since before puberty and one of the sides seem perfectly fine

also are you sure about this because i was searching online and it said that there a likely chance that i might be already going bald or that i could likely start thinning in my late teens and early twenties. this is a major problem because i don’t think that i can start taking estrogen until im 18 or worst case scenario being 19
