Ok guys, you may have seen some of my other posts regarding my hair loss, for I am very paranoid about balding. Now the question remains, am I experiencing balding, nothing, or a maturing hairline? It has been around 5 months since I last posted this question, and looking back on some pictures, I can’t say I see a difference from now and then.
(Also I recently got a haircut)

In terms of hair fall, I have experienced the average 1 or 2 at times when I run my hands through my hair. In the shower, I can lose about 10. I don’t notice any hair on my pillow, except a few small ones that are possibly from the back of my head.

I never noticed my hairline changing, I just recently became paranoid. Some older pictures of when I was 10, seem to show a similar hairline, meaning I might have receded, but it could be a mature hairline. Overall, I’m just paranoid and would like some reassurement

Hard to say, I don't see any thinning. Looks like you just have a naturally sh*t hairline like me. When male pattern baldness actually kicks in it can look pretty bad real fast, I know from experience.

Hey thanks for replying. The thing is my hairline has been the same since I started to worry (at 14 can you believe!) But to me it just looks bad, but I have no issue styling it st all, I’m just really paranoid. It’s cerrainly not straight, but everyone else’s hair line I see that is my age is not at all like mine except for a select few who I don’t believe are going bald. Anywho, to wrap it all up thank you for replying.

Well, I agree with you on that, guys at your age have pretty thick, down and straight hairline. But I feel like you have a little wide forehead. Also do you see little baby hairs at the front of your hairline? I believe I can see them in some of the pictures but not sure. Also do you always had a hairline like this?

Pretty much I have always had a hairline luck this. I believe the baby hairs have been there as well. I haven’t notice change since I’ve been checking so I’m hoping it’s nothing. Anyway thanks for replying, I’ll be sure to check back when I necessary.

You look like a NW2 (some temporal recession) without significant thinning all over the head. You're fine, for now. I would suggest monitoring your hairline every month or so, as well as checking for changes in density in your hair on top of your head and your crown. The density of your hair should be about the same everywhere. If you notice that your hairline starts to change shape or any part of your head begins to feel significantly thinner, only then should you get on finasteride.

Will do. Also if you can answer this question, does recessions always result in balding? I see many men with slightly receded hairlines (my grandfathers) which have never progressed into full on baldness

No, some recession does not guarantee full on balding. Some men bald into NW3ish and never go fully bald. Others go to NW7. There are many middle-aged and older men with NW2s (especially Caucasian) that don't experience any further recession. Men with NW1.5 to NW2 hairlines without diffuse or crown thinning are said to have "mature" hairlines. That's why I suggest just monitoring it. You may be a NW2 for the rest of your life, or you may go to NW7. No one can know for sure. Just monitor it, and try to live your life without worrying about it too much. You really don't want to just spend all day on hair loss forums, unless you really like hair loss science or you want to drive yourself to insanity. Don't worry about finasteride unless it comes to it. You'll know. Now, go enjoy life, f*** some hot chicks, or whatever it is you like.
