From 2019 to 2020, I was taking 3 mg of Estrogel; I had a blood test for estradiol, and 9 hours later, my estradiol level was 850 pmol/L and my testosterone level was 0.
How did you do that?
Did you apply a large amount of Estrogel to your body?

Yes, four pumps of Estrogel, plus 100 mg of spironolactone split into two doses—one at breakfast and one at dinner. I believe I achieved those results thanks to the estradiol and the androgen receptor blockade provided by the spironolactone. Right now, I’m experimenting with much lower doses to see if I can get the same results I achieved back in 2019–2020. I’d like to find the minimum effective dosage for my body.

The hairloss thing is complex & frustrating.. I’ve tried just about everything & tweak almost daily.. I answered this post because I currently have a few bottles of PP 405.. And it appears after couple weeks to be thickening hairs..No miracles yet.. to report..
I’m getting haircut this week to really assess..
If you just use the big three, its been tried and tested. And then add pyrilumatide. I dont see why anyone would still lose hair. Safe for an exception here and there. I think for 99.9 % of people this should suffice.

Don't forget that spironolactone has estrogenic effect too.

I completely regrew the hair on my receding hairline at this estradiol dosage.

Are you transgender? I am just wondering because you are using Spirolactane, which reduces testosterone levels in men.

I am sure the formula you are using is working for your hair, but it is extreme for androgen alopecia. Usually Finasteride is the
only thing needed, and only one milligram daily is the prescribed dosage.

I have friends around my age who are transgender, but the hair they lost before transforming due to androgen alopecia is not
going back.

That said, there current Norwood is not getting worse either.

No, I’m not transgender; I used this to restore my hair to a Norwood 0. Taking spironolactone and estradiol allows hair to grow back to a Norwood 0. Many transgender people have proven this; your transgender friends probably aren't taking the kind of spironolactone that lowers the two androgens—androstenedione and DHEA sulfate—which can also cause hair loss! Ask an AI about it.

A person that has permanent hair loss from androgen alopecia cannot regain their hair. I know this is true, because some of my older transgender friends (male to female) have this issue.

I used topical estrogen for my hair loss at one point. I quit doing that because the doctor's told me it was too risky,

You must be taking Spironolactone topically, am I correct?

If not, you must have very low testosterone levels.

No, in 2019–2020 I took spironolactone orally—50 mg at breakfast and 50 mg at dinner—along with 3 mg of estradiol gel. Now I take only 25 mg at breakfast and 1 mg of estradiol gel.

You are mistaken; everything can be restored. At a younger age—say, 30 to 40—it is still possible to regrow hair with HRT.After age 50, it becomes more difficult because the body's processes are no longer as rapid.
