Am I balding??? help!!

It looks like you are receding yes, you have a decent sized degree of miniaturisation in the temples and side of the hairline, which is where one would expect to see it when receding. The good news is you appear to have an otherwise strong head of hair so it does not mean you will necessarily recede much further. I had the same hairline as you when I was 16 and it is still the same at 28.
I would advise you to consider using the big 3 medications, Finesteride, Minoxidil and Nizoral, minoxidil in particular could turn some of those miniaturised hairs in the hairline back to terminal while there is still some life in them, but you also should consider finesteride as you want to block DHT which is causing you to recede. The earlier you get on the meds the better they will work for you (if they do work).

Definitely. Your hairline is receding but how far it will recede is still unknown. Obviously you are forming a mature hairline with obvious thinning and receding. As far as "balding", that can only be validated by a doctor that can see if you have a pattern that is miniaturizing. So in a nutshell, you do have some minor hair loss happening but it may stay like that for many years ahead. Do not start any treatments until you consult and get examined by a very well trained hair loss expert. If you do get diagnosed with male pattern baldness, and are prescribed Propecia, make sure you do all your research and know that this drug could save your hair but ruin your sex life.
I started taking Propecia with about as much hair loss as you have if not less and I knew about the sides effects. In my case, my hair was way more important to me. Luckily, so far after 6 years on it, I had no life altering side effects and still maintain a good head of hair.

I agree with Dr House that it would be best to consult a derm to diagnose if you have a genetic predisposition to further balding. You should also research the big 3 as it is no picnic. Utimately though, if you want those hairs to thicken up along the hairline then meds are the way to go.

Having received a PM instructing me that some of these hairline shots are of the OP's sister (pretty obvious when you see the alice band and earrings!!) I can confirm I still believe that the male character who is clearly visable in some shots in the album but not the hyperlinks, does appear to be receding.
I think that their are a total of 3 people in his album, I made my decision based on the male character with full face shots, and if that is also your sister, then sorry dude im guessing she got your dads genes, as well as a receding hairline.
