Almost 25yrs old. Grandfather was bald. What do you guys think I could do to slow this down? I’m new and have no idea what to buy/where to get it.

Finasteride and minoxidil should be your first line of attack when fighting hair loss. finasteride is a pill you take every single day, it decreases the DHT in your body which is mainly responsible for male pattern baldness. Minoxidil works in some other unknown way. You will need a prescription from a doctor to get finasteride but you can buy minoxidil over the counter. Beware of minoxidil though, you MUST be consistent with application or it can make you balder.. also it does have a temporary shed where you lose more hair for the first month but it grows back months later, fuller and thicker.
