Hi I know this topic has been touched on in the past but I'd like to open back it up. Any advice on a supplement or anything I can do to stop the bald itch...no I know thos sounds weird but I get massive scalp itch after sexual release. It has prevented me from engaging in sexual experiences in the past just because I hate the scalp itch that much and it always is followed with massive hairloss in shower following morning. I understand some people dont get this response and some do so let's not turn this into a debate about whether sex causes scalp itch and baldness.
.it does for me and I need help. It even wakes me up at night. And sorry I cant do finasteride or minoxidil even though they both helped out tremendously. Please stick to the topic guys, this isn't a debate. If you have tried something and it helps you please let me know.
Thanks hope all is healthy and well during this pandemic.

Have you tried Nizoral shampoo? On the bottle it says to use it only once or twice a week. But I got really oily hair and use it every other day, and it helps my itch.

When i use it, I also use it twice in the shower (apply it once, massage it, rinse out, apply it again, massage it, let it sit while I wash the rest of my body, then rinse it last).

Great advice I used to use Nizoral all the time but no longer can. I have a genetic predisposition to irregular heart beats and for me some of the keto goes systemic and causes my heart to flutter. Cardiologist told me I need to quit it. Nizoral used to be my go to for many years. Miss it. Anyone else have anything for me?

How long did you leave it on your scalp for?

Sorry, I'm at a loss here. Almost nothing makes it more difficult to treat hair loss than a heart condition. Have you thought about topical dutasteride once or twice a month? You might get some benefit out of that without it going systemic. Either that or CB are the best things that come to mind for you.
Thanks for your time man but dutasteride would go systemic for sure. I have a very thin scalp. Everything goes systemic for me. And I tried CB and it made me sick. It could have been toxic or maybe my body just sucks. I'm screwed as always.

I've tried it several times. Anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes. Same response. I have a thin scalp so it goes systemic very quickly. I hate myself honestly. Is what it is.

Maybe you're just an odd outlier, what % of Nizoral do you use? The theory is for something to be absorbed systemically through the scalp it would have to stay on for 6+minutes but obviously individual differences either increase or decrease that.

DMSO 3-5% water-based solution (prepared from a 70-99% concentrate).
Avoid glucocorticosteriod solutions.

Where can I get fenugreek? I really dont know anything about that. Dernarolling no longer helps with itch. Seti is expensive and not approved (cant gamble with health anymore as I have challenges), six never helped. Orsl Ceti helps but increases hair loss for me for whatever reason, same with topical.

I've tried both 1 and 2%. There is not doubt it goes systemic as my heart flutters would clearly show it. I don't think I'm the norm so please dont reply that I'm imagining it or anything. My body sucks.

Seti may be expensive and under dosed (for sure) and difficult to find but its mechanism of action is absolutely safe (same as ceti / fevi etc)
Its not an anti androgens
Btw fenugreek is an over the counter (now foods, solgar) make it topical and use it, of course we're talking about itch here and not a solution to AA

I believe you, I'm just saying everyone's body reacts differently....
