I only apply the proxiphen to my thinning out triangles going into my head (ie a receding hairline, but the pattern all thinning out at once) but i've gotten a lot better, and it spreads really well as it's so thin and you apply it after the shower.

My hairline has many small short hairs on it, velus i think, some super fine, some with a bit of pigment, so if they turn terminal i'll hvae very good results.

However Ive only looked closely at my hairline and found them recently (i never looked before) so i dont know if they are simply miniaturised hair (i've receded pretty recently)

I was liking minoxidil, but now im not sure as i seem to be getting so much hairer on my belly, arms, etc. I really don't like it. I might start applying proxiphen to a dry scalp (though it'll be much harder) and use prox-n.

do you use proxiphen all over your scalp or just the hair line. If your getting a bit hairy then it would probably be better if you apply it to a semi-wet scalp, dont fully try is just leave a bit of moisture to help with absorption.

Just the triangle thinning patterns going back into my head and the thinning sides.

Im about a norwood 1.5-2, but if the thin hair that is in the dual triangle pattern went completely i'd be about a norwood 3.

I apply the proxiphen to the norwood 3 pattern and the sides.

It's bizarre, but the hair on the top of my head is way thicker than the sides, though i definately have a receding hairline. It's strange - my dad has lost all the hair on the top of his head, but has kept the sides, up till close next to his eyebrows. On other people I see them losing the sides and a bit of the temples, and maintaining such a "mature hairline" for a long time. It's so weird how we all thin out differently.
