9 Month Update With Before And After Pics. Propecia

23 yr old male, fine hair. Started Propecia 1mg a day name brand 9 months ago. Constant shedding, minor itch, labido up and down, and lethargic, not sure if all relate to propecia. I have not receded substantially that I can tell, just thinning on top all over. It is weird because my temples are as thin as the rest of my head. From what I have read this could be Telogen Effluvium along with male pattern baldness? (i take a couple medications that have a rare Telogen Effluvium hair loss side effect) Miniaturization is what is killing me and I have not seen a new hair sprout in months. Can your whole head go terminal at once or all rest at once? I have also only shampooed my hair every 3 days for the past 4 months and changed from taking propecia in the morning to night time a month ago which could have started a little shed maybe, maybe not. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am sticking to it for the full year and deciding routes from there.

The first 3 pictures are before treatment.. The rest are 9 months after taking propecia everyday. Also all the hairs I am shedding have a good bit of sebum buildup. Like all of them..

Hair looks the same to me, I don't even think you have male pattern baldness tbh

You are so lucky to have maintained! Ive been on propecia for almost two months and it just accelerated my balding which really sucks because my hairline to start with was already bad
