I just attached a couple pics at the bottom from about a week ago. I really, really wish they were the same but I've receded enough that denials not working anymore.Looks the same
Lipogaine is the minoxidil I started with. Saw no results from it or minoxidil foam. If finasteride cannot stop my miniaturization, then there's about a zero percent chance that natural oils and saw palmetto will make a difference. Why don't you try a different product, trust me I've went through half a dozen products before finding the right one, currently I'm using Lipogaine before that I tried Minoxidil, Xpecia, Ervamatin and Minoxidil Foam.
That doesn’t mean the finasteride is causing shedding it means it’s not working. There are people that don’t respond , but they arnt worse bc of itWhy does It happen? People say there's no proof finasteride causes shedding, but I call It bullshit. A lot of people gets worse on finasteride
Genuinely think I’m worse cause of it. If you could see how miniaturized my hair is in person you would believe the same. All I know is that my rate of hair loss since starting finasteride has increased. Is it a coincidence? Who knows but I doubt itThat doesn’t mean the finasteride is causing shedding it means it’s not working. There are people that don’t respond , but they arnt worse bc of it

Because if I stop finasteride my hair is going to 100% for sure keep miniaturizing. And stopping finasteride will make me shed. And if I’m going to lose my hair I want to give the most efficacious treatment we have a full year. And I’m seeing a specialist in March so I don’t want to make a drastic change right now when I don’t know what he’s gonna tell me to do. Many reasons man, it’s not an easy choice. If that’s the case why not stop it?
Let me know what the specialists says. And I mean If you think finasteride is causing the balding, it would be illogical to think that stopping it would mean you’d continue balding. I think that your always better off on finasteride then If you hadn’t taken it, there’s no way it could make you worse off then you would be If you never took itBecause if I stop finasteride my hair is going to 100% for sure keep miniaturizing. Which might be true. Either way that would mean that it’s done absolutely nothing to stop my hair loss and that I’m not a good responder to it which sucks. I’ll for sure let you know what the specialist says but I’m not expecting to hear anything good hahaLet me know what the specialists says. Yeah man some people just don’t respond. I personally never had aggressive hair loss, I was a Norwood 1.5 at the most, but noticed thinning in the corners and lower density, and I went on finasteride. I have no really had any crazy results. Idk I feel thinner now if anything. Or maybe I paused it idk.Which might be true. Thank you for this. Glad to hear you’re gaining some ground back. I’ve researched fluridil a little and will probably be my next move. Do you think oral minoxidil made a significant difference?I was losing ground on finasteride and topical minoxidil, but then I switched to oral minoxidil and a topical AA called fluridil which is designed to not go systemic. I've gained some just by basically "flipping" my protocol.
You’re contradicting yourself read your older postTo me it looks better actually.
Oh really? Crazy cause RU gave me sides and finasteride didn’t. Finasteride is 100x more researched than RU and has a low side effect profile. You got sides from RU so started using finasteride? That was very dumb.
