Last year, I booked a consultation after a friend shared their successful result. During the consult, the doctor checked my scalp and hair condition and walked me through everything in detail, including the recommended approach, hairline design, how the follicles would be harvested and separated, and where they’d be transplanted.
The consult honestly cleared up pretty much all of my concerns. I’m about 5 months post-op now and have been taking finasteride daily. It’s still early, but I can already see progress and expect things to look even more natural with more time.

Fantastic result! It's very unusual to have that degree of recession as a woman, you were almost Norwood 3! Did your doctor recommend finasteride? Usually the first line treatment for women is Spirolactone, but from personal experience I didn't find it effective (I'm male)
