Only one thing regrows hair like we had in the days of yore but I am not saying what lest the bullies harangue me for promoting being a sissy to regrow hair.
Using SMI doesn't make you a sissy.

i don't have issues growing hair. but whilst it is happening, these delusional theorists are wicked for trolling ;)

i also am always looking for safer, quicker, cleaner, cheaper developments...
As I often say, when a cure for male pattern baldness arrives, it is unlikely to be the product of bald guys living in their mother's basement conjecturing and finally connecting all of the dots related to prostaglandins. male pattern baldness is a multi-gene issue and the causcasian body fights restoration it seems with great force. It doesn't "like" attempts to alter our hair loss which is apparently a hard-wired feature for whites along with substantial beard growth which other races lack entirely. Who would have predicted that microneedling would work as well as it does? Probably not any male pattern baldness theorists, at least until it became clear that microneedling can work spectacularly if we put the hours in but how many guys do that instead of whining about lack of male pattern baldness research funding, which I tend to find fatuous. Why would men running big corporations not want to fund male pattern baldness research? It makes zero sense and we might also call on the government to do this but for some reason only private corporations are supposed to attend to our every hair growth need.

The author of this article contacted me on reddit and stated that he had been hammered relentless on the one hand and then had 42 questions about how to use broccoli to regrow hair and how long broccoli therapy takes to produce results. It's hard putting one's self out there for those who don't write articles or try to convey information possibly of interest to many if not all. I told them that I thought that they were one of those "experimental" people and to leave me in peace but then I found out that they were actually a warm and interesting person and not the poindexter that I expected. People often leave seemingly bitter remarks on here and I am probably no different except that I generally return and delete such comments and I recommend this to many folks on here.

Respect and dignity are more important than hair, well almost since hair is almost life, but perhaps overall discourse on here could improve while still being informative, fun and a little bit snarky. We all like a bit of snark but when it proceeds into contempt or scorn or accusing others of having malevolent tendencies towards "corrupting XY youth" of the next generation, well, I think that's a bit over the top. There are a lot of suicidal or almost young guys and they deserve to know about all of their options including cycling. I have seen some fantastic pics of a friend on here who is in his 40's and cycles and has a complete and full head of boyish-band hair albeit more coarse perhaps as males are want to have. Baldness is horrible and I wouldn't wish it even on my worse enemy so remember all, delete is our friend.

You know other races go bald too, right? Some more so than whites. You also know that Hope Medicine has reported great success with their prolactin receptor inhibitor, proving that you don't need estrogen to regrow hair

And grow beards.. But yes its polygenetic and complex. Anyway, back to the point I was trying to make, Dr Rassman implicitly said the anesthetic/vasoconstriction of a (dont know how long but likely hours?) transplant procedure could endanger extant hair. So blood flow is in fact important, yes? Despite Kevins "debunking" involving discarding blood flow? Re. the Cialis thread I recall from some time back, what about topical Cialis!?

The point you've been trying to make is honestly the most retarded theory of all, even dumber than mechanical stress theory. Blood flow has absolutely nothing to do with hair loss. Whenever I see anyone say blood flow, I hear in my head "Brawndo, it's what plants crave". The follicles NeEd Da NoOtrIeNtS fRoM tHe BlOoD BrO

You know, I like Rassman but he also said that using topical as oral min wouldn't work because it wouldn't make it to a liver pass and I don't think that anyone who uses such non-prescription oral minoxidil has any doubt that drizzling topical on the back of the tongue works and without health repercussions for the most part for people without blood pressure issues. Part of that is that doctors like being gatekeepers and you used to need a prescription for Minoxidil two percent. And now that I think about it, there was much less of a shedding issue with 2 percent over 5 percent and I never shed on either probably due to my titration upwards. The easy reaction though is to say, 2 percent? I am not wasting my time with inferior minoxidil to 5 percent but that's not how meds work and faster is not always better.

I agree with you as I have a background in stats and economics and I try to follow the data where it leads and I look closely at confidence intervals and placebo and random effects that can make testing at time unreliable. I am not criticizing anyone for disagreeing politely and it was the Tressless folks apparently who were really difficult and I laughed when they mentioned the broccoli questions.

When you block DHT and address inflammation .....

Baseline vs 6 months.

Dutasteride mesotherapy with a Dermapen, Finasteride, Laser Cap and Minoxidil.

Alopecia is caused by inflammation, not DHT.

All androgens cause inflammation.

Inflammation reduces bloodflow and nutrients to the follicle. A hair follicle or graft is an organ that dies without proper oxygen and blood.

If you block DHT you reduce inflammation, if you block T you reduce inflammation. If you use minoxidil you increase blood flow despite having inflammation and the same with laser level therapy. The more things you do the better.

The big 4. Dutasteride Mesotherapy, finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil and laser level light. You can expect the same results as these 2 guys posted above. It will halt and reverse hair loss on 90% of guys. The rest will need CB or RU being sensitive to T.

There is not one cure to reduce inflammation. Everything helps.

The amount of BS you wrote here make me mad.

this is clesrly a hyper responder . The mesotherpy is fancy name for just getting the same dutasteride you can take via pill just with injection.

this poor guy would lose the hair gains in the second year (like always with minoxidil) .

plenty of ppl tried with he does and keep losing .
Its just hyper responder

There are so far 175 "hyper responders" published on the Spanish forum and a couple of thousand more at this point doing mesotherapy at various clinics in Spain that have gotten great results. Do your research.

Of course he is responsive to the treatment. Why are you stating obvious things?

And what exactly is BS? This is exactly what Couto and Feriduni say about androgenic alopecia. You are calling BS on the best surgeons in the world? I am sure you know more than them.

And no, Mesotherapy is not the same as taking a pill.

Let's post a few more Hyper responders as you call them.

Now, would they have these results just with Dutasteride Mesotherapy? No.

Would they have these results just with oral Finasteride? No.

However, they have posted several female cases with no oral meds with the similar results.

You need all 4 to create this synergic effect and recover this amount of hair within 6 to 12 months.

Don't be mad. Be HAPPY for them and apply it yourself.

I have no affiliation with this clinic. In fact I promote that you do it yourself at home. You are not travelling to Spain are you.

So here we have a “new theory” on male pattern baldness.
I for one welcome anything new, because 99% of the current theories are basically useless. Without going through the theory, the nerds will dissect it up into nano pieces, what is he SAYING?
He says sulpharaphane which can be bought for $3 a bottle & procyandin B2 extracted from an apple will magically regrow dormant hair.
Then he says he hasn’t actually tried it for the concentration must be astronomical to work.
Are you kidding?

They are is enough data to backup they work and it's a different mechanism than Minoxidil.

For me it has worked. My hair got quite thicker on it and quite thinner once I stopped but it's a complement to your treatment, it's not going to be drastic. While minoxidil extends the anagen phase, LLLT thickens it.

Doctors prescribe them because FDA approved them. I have one, but I can’t recommend it. Don’t use it that much, but it’s good on a cold day warms head, but growing hair… another dead end.

Baldasshole, your name seems to describe you perfectly. Shall I follow you around and hit the negative button on all of your posts? Once is enough and you will see that virtually no one goes through and marks every comment in a thread with a negative but eh, if you get a kick out of that good luck. Much of the benefit from being on here is meeting others who might be able to help us and even referring to them by their screen handle. I delete all comments that someone tells me are offensive but usually, I go back and actually delete them on my own when I am too snarky or being sort of a temporary a**h** with a full head of hair that grows down below my ears and then I realize that I have no cause for anything but joy. I wish you well in your hair progress.

Can dutasteride mesotherapy really be done at home? Or are you just referring to low dose topical dutasteride?

For anyone interested in experimenting with Apple extract procyanin & broccoli
sulforaphane.
Bad monkey botanicals have both in powdered form.
