29 Years Old, Hairloss Since 18. What Norwood Am I?

So here is the dealeo I'm not sure what one would label my hairloss exactly. I first noticed when my mother pointed it out when I was a teenager as she asked if my hair was receding, at this point it freaked me out quite a bit but the receding seemed to freeze at that level and has remained that way for the last 11 years. However I have noticed that there was some overall thinning but even that has remained at the same level since I was like 23. I just have this super awkward hairline now and my hair seems quite thin all over, however when I grow it out it seems to not look as bad. I'm really not sure what Norwood I would qualify as and if I should start treatment with Minoxidil or Finastride( or anything else). Just want to see what an outsiders opinion would be. I will include present photos in which my hair on top is almost a quarter inch and I will also include photos from a few months ago when my hair was around 2-3 inches in length on top. Oh and I was also include a pic of all my hair buzzed off. Thanks for taking tbe time to check this out.

Yeah I thought it would all be gone by now but it stays frozen in that state. I've had long term low vit D levels so that may also play a slight part in it thinning. I'm debating if I should go ahead an hop on Minoxidil now while I still retain a good amount. My grandpa had a similar thing happen he maintained his hairline(never past a Norwood 3 or so) but just had overall thinning. I used to have super mega thick hair which used to be a nuisance and they had to thin it out, I miss that.

Yeah I had a feeling it was around Norwood 2, pretty cool that its maintained at that level for so long. Debating if I should wait on getting on Minoxidil now while I still have some or if I should shoot for both propecia and Minoxidil.

Go for propecia first, minoxidil is useless without it.
