I started facing this problem for the first time when I was 17/19 .I used generic Finasteride (Finpecia/Finax) and Minoxidil 5% foam, solution for a few years (between 1-3 years period) and then decided to stop using it as I wasn't witnessing noticeable improvements.
I have not been using them for the last 4.5-6 years now I believe.
How worse is my current condition ? Am I a diffuse thinner who is suffering from an un-patterned alopecia and is not a candidate of hair gain surgeries in the future?
Do I stand any chance of improving my hair density if I start doing something now (like consume medicines/ PRP etc) ?
