I started facing this problem for the first time when I was 17/19 .I used generic Finasteride (Finpecia/Finax) and Minoxidil 5% foam, solution for a few years (between 1-3 years period) and then decided to stop using it as I wasn't witnessing noticeable improvements.
I have not been using them for the last 4.5-6 years now I believe.

How worse is my current condition ? Am I a diffuse thinner who is suffering from an un-patterned alopecia and is not a candidate of hair gain surgeries in the future?

Do I stand any chance of improving my hair density if I start doing something now (like consume medicines/ PRP etc) ?

Do you mind posting some pictures from the donor area so we have better chance of answering your question?
On the other hand if topical min didn't work for you, you should try loniten
