Hey guys, I noticed receding temples like a few months ago. Hairdresser told me that it is in my head, but probably just because she didn't want me to be sad. Lol. What Norwood am I? And how would you try to treat it? Nizoral shampoo and Minoxidil enough? Last picture is my dad's hairline. Thanks

His hair is ok, but clearly receding. His dad is overweight and has a horribly receding hairline. Trust me when i say his dad is the opposite of what I want to look like in 20 years.

Most of us on these forums will not have the hair that he has at 28 thats why. If I saw this post a year ago I would think that his hair is bad for 28 and that his dads is bad for his age but after balding a lot more you get more perspective.

No it doesn't. It looks ok at best. He's also overweight. Low square hairline is needed. I don't think people on this forum understand how much having a low square hairline will help you in your late 20s/30s with women. I'll make a post in the next week.

I haven't met anybody who "wants" to look like their Dad. You have some great hair, and the thinning will probably come, but naturally over time. You will likely adjust as it changes easily. I would only use Rogain and forget finasteride. That stuff is scary. I took it but I quit after 3 months.
