As others have said, get a blood test to check your thyroid and for iron deficiencies.

If you want to be 100% sure, get a small biopsy done. Androgenetic Alopecia tissues exhibit unmistakable histological properties, hence being easy to recognize under a microscope.
That's too expensive and invasive. Miniaturization study using a seema scope is enough IMO.

It looks like male pattern baldness, specifically diffuse pattern hair loss. Dr. Bernstein discusses it in one of his videos. I would recommend getting a script for Finasteride as soon as possible. The benefit of DPA is that most of your hairs are likely miniaturized but in tact to some extent (even if they are microscopic). finasteride should help you to thicken up what you have and maintain your hair indefinitely. Given the infinitesimal risk of side effects, it's the best that you can do right now to keep what you have.
