seems like your hair is thinning. miniaturized hair is basically your hair falling out but unable to grow back as thickness as you natural hair should be. here is an article on this explaining what it is

it does seem like you've caught it early though.. the hair at the very front is growing significantly slower than the rest of your head and it's caused by having unhealthy, miniaturized hair in that area.
the most popular treatment and the only FDA approved is known as the big 3. They are finasteride (AKA Propecia), Minoxidil (AKA Rogaine), and Shampoo that contains ketaconazole (most people use nizoral shampoo). but even this usually just help you maintain what you have and slow down the hair loss process (sometimes significantly) according to what you read on the internet.
there isn't a cure or a solution to hair loss. If you happen to have male pattern baldness you should pray that it is not aggressive. some people on this forum lost most of their hair in an incredibly short amount of time at a very young age. most just lose it gradually, usually starting in their early 20's.
For someone that is new to this whole thing i would recommend you to go see a specialist and have your blood tested for any hormone imbalance, possible lack of nutrition...etc then they should be able to recommend you treatment options.
read it up and do more research though! don't be scared by a lot of scary stories since the only people that remain online to talk about hair loss issues are the ones that had a bad experience with the big 3.
i'm personally seeing my hair thickening back up and some regrowth since i started the big 3.
