Dude I had the same condition of my hair on top like yours in the last few months, maybe worse. But I got improvement with minoxidil and now with finasteride.

I would see a doctor, but I would get on the big three - finasteride, minoxidil, nizoral - asap. Given that the thinning is diffuse, you might respond well to minoxidil. You might also want to look into things that might help your hair look thicker and add some volume to it. I'd also get on Regenpure shampoo and conditioner when you're not using nizoral. I can't say for certain if it works or not, but I've maintained with it over the years.

In this guys case, the lack of finasteride as someone travelling to a fullblown 20 yo NW5 has almost certainly prematurely ended his dicks career and life. Guaranteed killing of dick vs a tiny percentage chance.
