Hello!
I'm new to the forums, here is a little about me.
I'm 18, Male living in Japan,
My mothers family has no issues.
my Father is in his 50's and has almost no hair left......

Is my hairline receding?
the edges of my hairline still has very thin short hair.

I'm thinking of using minoxidil 1x a day,
Fina scares me especially when I already have gynecomastia...
If it makes my Gynecomastia worse I'm worried it will get bigger and not reverse.

What should I do?
and anything to know about minoxidil and Fina apart from whats on the box?

*Bump*

I'm planning on starting Rogaine 1x a day and also adding Keto shampoo.
Will this help me out for my hairline?

You do have some slight recession, fortunately you are still Norwood 1. If you already have gyno finasteride could be a bad idea.. I would recommend a topical finasteride or RU-58841 to help protect against DHT. minoxidil is good in the short term if it works but it won't stop the root cause and you will continue to lose hair. In my opinion I wouldn't take anything yet, you may progress very slowly. I think you should wait till Norwood 2, then treatments can be justified.

I've read that tropical inhibitors still absorbs into the bloodstream potentially causing the same sides?

I don't see any hair loss?

So I have a naturally deep temples?

will minoxidil help me grow the shorter hairs into big hairs even if its not caused by male pattern baldness?

IMO you don't have hair loss yet. Just keep monitoring it.

Mate dont take rogaine or anything. You have no hair loss at all and a perfect hairline and hair in general, trust me on this. Just keep an eye on it.

Most of the people I know have a pretty straight line across their forehead, this V-Shape + slightly thin hair on the edges is normal then?

If so, would using minoxidil be harmful?

Finasteride + Get on arimidex (estrogen blocker) that way you will counter the effects of gyno.

I already have gyno and don't want to cause other possible complications so I don't want to go crazy with messing with my hormones.
so I don't want to mess with my testo/estro too much.

I would use the topical one but not too sure about the absorption and risk of sides compared to oral.

I don't notice any kind of day to day major hair loss, so I'm guessing mine is very gradual, if it gets worse I might use topical fina or something along those lines.

So, I'm guessing Minoxidil won't be harmful in my case and may even help?

Why do you have such high estrogen? Topical is bad too , usually it gets absorbed systematically. Minoxidil should definitely work for you.

No hair loss at all .... try something natural if you really think something is wrong with your hair ... like MSM, Taurine, Biotin, Nac, B5, ... but that's all. Take picture of your hair every 6 months and see how is going.

I would killed little cute kittens to have your hair ...
He has a little bit of receding, but it's no problem in my humble opinion
