Hi, so to preface, I'm not exactly in the most likely spot for baldness. Though I've always had pretty thin hair and a high forehead, my family history is decent but not great, with no baldness being present anywhere on my mother's side stretching back at least three generations and encompassing both direct lineage and all my uncles/cousins, and my grandfather on my father's side having had a full head of hair up until his passing in his late 60s. The only exception is my father, who inherited male pattern baldness from his mother's side and apparently started thinning in his early 30s. Anyways, with that context out of the way, I noticed a slight unevenness/thinning in one side my hairline today that I hadn't observed prior. The other side seems relatively unaffected. Pictures are attached below but the only thing stopping me from saying outright that this is male pattern baldness is that I have semi-severe eczema that affects my scalp and most notably my forehead/hairline, causing me to scratch and likely causing hair to fall out. The side that's thinning has been especially prone to this recently, which is visible in the red spots around it which are a combination of typical acne and the irritation from scratching. Anyhow, as worried as I am I'd like to hear to hear some second opinions before jumping to a doom and gloom conclusion. Thanks.
