11.06.20 Koray Erdogan 5000 Greft Results

I had hair transplantation transaction at Dr. Koray Erdogan Istanbul on 11.06.20 and 10.06.20 with 5000 greft



After 22 months later, could you commnet my results please? I belive there won't be any progrees anymore

Didn't you also quit finasteride? In doing so you probably lost a lot of native hair.

Actually I used finasteride during 1,5 year after hair transplant and quited then(18 months later). On the instruction list whcih gave by ASMED, it was mention that to use finasteride during 12 months after hair transplant is a suggestion and i used it during 18 months.

Dr. Erdogan checked my situation after 12 months later from hair transplant and said that i need any other hair transplant(I was using finas when he checked me) with pay money again.

Dude, those instructions were just plain wrong from him. Probably a lot of your native hair fell out when you quit finasteride. How did it look during the 1,5 years after the transplant, was your hair much better?

Actually situation was similar before the quit finastreide. There is not any significant change after quit finasteride

I wanted to say that when i keep continue to use finasteride and controlled by clinic, clinic did not satisfied from the results too. I mean there is no direct correlation with finasteride on my current situation

Did he save some of your grafts for himself or something? Where tf did the rest of them go because there’s no way in hell that is 5000 grafts

Haha, i wish i would like to know but i know only one thing that my result is just disappointment for me. At least, i would like to see my front area is good but front line is rare too

I would have expected a much better result with 5000 grafts and Erdogan behind the work. I had mine back in Jan and only paid €2000, and can honestly say I was delighted combing it after a shower the other day. Still a few months to go aswell.

Yes it’s full of technicians. They do a lot of patients in the same day

I was 33 when hair transplant operated. I am 35 now.

At least nobody was not awaiting below results especially for front line after 5000 greft(3000 front+2000 back)! Right my friend?

Even clinic did not satisfied from result and offered new hair transplant operation with paying fee but do you ask what is our expect?

Would you accept the operation if they show you that your results will be as like below? I dont think so.

You quit treatment after transplant. I have consulted most top surgeon in Europe and for advanced alopecia like yours they will literally instantly reject you if you refuse to keep lifetime finasteride at the very least.

Bad transplant planning, recommendations, and everything. Im sorry for you... 5000 graft should have been much more productive. Turkey is literally a hair mill, they transplant thousands of people every day so it is impossible they will ever care about the outcome.

Belive to me, there is not too much difference between after quit finasterid and was using finasterid.

As i told my previous posts, i used finasterid during 18 months after hair transplant and clinic control me 12 months later from hair transplant. They did not satisfied the 12 months reults and offer a new hair transplant. As a result, i was using finasterid when clinic check my situtaion after 12 months later.

There is not too much change after i quited finasterid.

That wasn't a sarcasm.I ve just started reading about hair transplants.Seriously what kind of result he was supposed to achieve?

Could you first reply my question please? If can you seen future and if you know your results will be as like below after 5.000 greft, could you accept the hair transplant?

It's not the typical outcome for a good surgeon.

Most top surgeons won't ever transplant more than 3000 follicles in one time to avoid shock loss + they will require you to be on medication for at least 6 months before surgery + forever after.

This is much more common in Turkey than in other countries because they are a hair mill
