10 Months on Oral Finasteride, and 4 Months of Oral Minoxidil with absolutely no Results

I went on oral minoxidil and nothing happened so i reverted back to topical minoxidil and got my hair back. personally for me topical stuff has a bigger effect than the oral equivalent

ive been on both for since i was 22 im now 58 and still have a decent head of hair.I mix crushed up Certrizine tabs in my lotion and take upto 3 tabs a day.these are just a antihistamine tablet that stops your body attacking itself.
My hair specialist says take the finasteride tablets orally and dont have it mixed in with the minoxidil as its not as effective.I laser cap twice a week also.Try the sprays to cover thin hair will make you feel better and look better take your mind off it maybe
