That's why I said it's hard to say without seeing before pictures. If your temples were slick bald before than what you have now might be the best you're going to get. If they were that way before then there is hope it could fill in completely. Dutasteride does not have twice the sides of finasteride. The sides are comparable.

And come on dude.. duta has strong estrogen sides..we both know it. It pretty extreme compared to fina.

Buddy as I told you before, there are only a few proven meds that will actually help you.

Finasteride, Minoxidil, hair vitamins, keto shampoo and dermarollers. That's almost everything you can try right now. If you are really worried, take them all at the same time, and wait one year.

Dutas instead of Finasteride can work pretty well, though I would lower the dose to 0.5 mg per day. But you should only use it if you are really sure Finasteride is not working on you.

I know you've been taking Finasteride for a year, but as many people mentioned, keeping all your actual hair is already a victory for you. AA can give you some mild regrowth, but I would count on minoxidil for that.

And you may see this as "intact" and possibly ok to start of a treatment but let me remind u it's already after the treatment.. I'm on fina for exactly 1 year.

You are right, duta side effects were noted to be a higher rate than finasteride, almost double in some cases. It's reasonable to not want to make the jump.

See where rogaine takes you. You may be pleasantly surprised. If you still aren't satisfied as someone else said add dermarolling.
