hear! hear! Why can't you all just get back onto the topic of hair? Why does it matter what someone gets up to in their private life?

I'm probably should have stated that tretinoin is a prescription* drug (well at least where I'm from) it comes in gel or cream form. Apply one after the other. *I'm so used to just buying things off the internet I sometimes forget. But you did say you get the minoxidil sides, so maybe you need to...

I can't see anything on my liquid Kirkland brand saying 'use once' open. Just an overall 'expires August 2023' Have you tried topical with tretinoin? This might work for you? Not sure if it'll reduce the itch. But it might allow you to apply just once a day at night. (As tret is sensitive to UV...

No that's sensible, they did drink a hell of a lot. I'm not sensible tho, I get swollen ankles and am often faint standing too quick (Wow, sorry forum - didn't realise the whole article would get rendered here) I'm just following this and micro dosing: As the guy got seriously hairy...

I just drop a few droplets of topical minoxidil from the pipette directly into my mouth. Seems to be working great for me. But it's totally systemic, I'm growing hair everywhere. I don't think im a minoxidil responder so topical didn't really work and applying it with tretinoin was marginal for me.

Horse pee & lollypops ? Don't knock it until you've tried it. Are you all done squabbling now? This is a hair loss forum not a school playground. This used to be such a great and informative thread in the early days. It's sad that it's turned into this. Can we try and get back on topic somehow?

I've been using Lena injections for the past 2 years without issue. I did a year and a half of EV and now I've switched to EEn. I know it's not regulated or tested so it's a bit of a risk. But it seems to produce good levels in blood tests so I guess it's doing what it needs to. I only switched...

On the muscle thing, I think it's a case of use it or lose it. During my (nearly) 3 years HRT I've continued bicycling and my leg strength hasn't decreased one bit. I neglected my upper body and the muscle disappeared (noodle arms etc.) But it's possible to regain muscle on HRT. I've been going...

I'm not a responder to Minoxidil either. Did you try oral min? That worked for me. Also adding tret with topical Minoxidil can help (have you tried that) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30974011/ Also how recent was your orchi/castration? Maybe your adrenals are working overtime right now?

I personally didn't shed on diane, I had about 2.5 years after starting HRT where my hair grew strong and didn't shed at all. Nothing on the brush it was amazing. I'm now going through a massive shed period (last few months) but this is unrelated and probably shock loss from recent surgery

Diane35 is just Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone acetate you should be fine with that one (blood clot risk again tho) I had a good result when taking diane. I've more recently tried a birth control that had levonorgestrel instead of CPA and that did make my hair fall out. Some kind of conflict...

It's a shame Janester isn't still around they could answer your horse pee queries, I believe they took this for quite some time. I'd seek bioidentical, but if conjugated is all that's available where you are it might force your hand. There is an increased blood clot risk (as others have already...
